Rebaelliun se formó en 1998, en Porto Alegre, Rio Grande Do Sul (Brasil), con miembros de Blessed (1992-1996), entre otros grupos, Blessed terminó precisamente por la falta de perspectiva a nivel nacional y Rebaelliun se reunió pensando en trabajar más intensamente en el underground mundial.
