Rebaelliun was formed in 1998, in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande Do Sul (Brazil), with members of the former Blessed (1992-1996), among others, Blessed ended up precisely because of the lack of perspective and Rebaelliun was set up thinking about really working intensely in the underground world.
